Rowan Co. backs out of CRP agreement again

Rowan County leaders are angry with a Charlotte nonprofit again. In February, Rowan County stopped funding the Charlotte Regional Partnership after its CEO received a $60,000 bonus. After undergoing changes, the county compromised and agreed to pay half its dues using private money.
